PvP now has its own monthly. WvW should as well. Player we do not wish the do WvW should not have to because its in the PvE monthly. WvW monthly could include things like defend X number of objectives, Escort X number of yaks, Use X number of supply to repair things.
This would also help to encourage more people to defend and not just zerg for badges all day.
You could also create some new things like kill 50 WvW invaders from each of the 4 maps. Capture all NPC allies (Quags x3, Ogres, Hyleks and dredge) X times this month.
This would encourage people to play all four maps again, instead of ignoring one or more.
The reward for WvW monthly could be blueprints and badges, with perhaps a small chance to get superior blueprints.
