Guild Wars 2

It’s quite clear that playing the same maps in WvW over and over can be boring and get quite dull so my friends and I brainstormed the idea for WvW seasonal reskins. It’s a simple concept, for whatever actual season we are currently in, reskin WvW!

For example,
During Halloween:
Reskin the map with fog, swamps, cemetaries.
Make the NPC’s Ghosts, skeletons.
Make the towers haunted and creepy looking.
Maybe add in a halloween extra objective.

During Christmas:
Reskin the map with snow, lollipops, stockings
Make the NPC’s Reindeer, snowmen, elves
Make the towers snow forts
Maybe add in a Christmas extra objective (Snowball fights?)

I feel like something as simple as a concept as reskinning WvW with these skins would greatly increase interest in the are of WvW, bring people back, keep people entertained. Reskins for mobs should be fairly simple since those skins have already been created, old skins from halloween and christmas events can be reused for the map aswell.
