WvWvW Server community bank for upgrades to Towers,Keeps and supply camps.
Would work by donations to a NPC near the other bank NPC in WvW .
At a Keep,Tower or supply camp a option to pay for upgrades with the community bank if funds are available would appear in the upgrade menu.

This is a great ideal. /sign

Only if only a commander can access the funds, rather than some kitten who doesn’t know what they’re doing randomly upgrading bullkitten areas for no reason.
