In the lowest population server it cost less and when is outmanned it cost 10%less is a good thing for balance weakserver vs strong server (mercenary do medium dmg vs door wall)

So a server with the most rich people will be able to buy themself a win by simply spamming these NPCs?

but it cost a lot and badge of honor(50-60)less population server and ( 200-250) high population server (is not simple have a lot badge… but if i want try win this wvw season i can sacrifice a little badge for try) the kill by mercenary then is count of proprietary, sorry my bad english

I prefer the Diplomacy suggestion, as wars tend to be team deathmatches. Also it unofficially happens anyway, Im on whiteside ridge (or the red team) and the Green and Blues (aka the ones ahead of us at the time) teamed up to get rid of us. Then a commander on our side who was in contact with one on the Greens tried to team up against the blues.
