Guild Wars 2

Hey all. I’ve been having a look around for solutions to get my Xbox 360 controller to work with Guild Wars 2. Personally I think this game has huge potential for controller support. Abilities could be mapped using modifiers like lb and rb, I believe in a somewhat similar style to the first dragon age. There are more than enough buttons to map all that is needed.

I think all the menus could be made controller friendly, obviously the game would switch between controller mode and mouse and keyboard mode.

I think if this was done properly it would be an excellent feature to add, I would love to sit back on the sofa and play this game on a controller, I think it would be a great experience and I hope you guys think so too!

Yeah, ur right Stunted, i think the game would b enhanced by the use of a controller and also it might draw in the xbox/playstation crowd

It can be done already. There are several websites that explain how. (Google it)

The biggest problem is the lack of keys and mouse movement is not as great but there are ways around that too with the right software.
