Short description: make it possible to lock a skill from using it, e.g. by holding L (for lock) and rightclick on the skill.

Reason: on birth I was choking cause the Umbilical cord was wrapped yournd my neck three times. This oxygen shortage is the cause of having a light form of spasism, specially in tense situations like when doing something difficult in the game. This game requires me to fight on small ledge s high up in the air (and I love that), but due to my small handicap I mikitten the skill I wanted to press and hit skill 4 (im using an enigneer with a rifle, that skill is the overcharged shot) throwing me backwards and in those situations most likely over the egde. I know it is not smart to use that skill in those situations, but it is a very irritating that I cann’t prevent myself of making that mistake.

I also hear other people complain bout such skills on heights. So please let us protect ourselfs.

(I know this is simular to the suggestion of the ability of changing the order of skills, but cause it is slightly different in solution and imo the reason for asking is more pressing I made a differend topic bout it.)
