I was about to post something about this. Yes, please, ArenaNet, give us an option for customization of our characters (hair, tattoos, etc) for after the initial creation! I am /signing this! You did it in Guild Wars 1.

I agree and I was happy with the way it was done in GW1 as a micro transaction to buy X charges to make certain changes and would love to see this brought back, my girlfriend misses getting to change her hairstyle >.>
