i change my utility skills and traits pertaining to them a LOT depending on whom im with and what im doing; most commonly in dungeons when im doing my best to compliment other ppls’ styles.
i’d LOVE to be able to que up a skill slot change while it’s predecessor is on cooldown.
example: Uncategorized Fractal (the harpy one), on the way up the ramp to Old Tom… i load up a couple stun breaks so that when i’m the only one to reach the top of the ramp, i can hit all three switches to disable the trap. i then want to change skills to matchup vs old tom. i now have to avoid combat before i can even click in my interface to change skills.

i’m totally cool with avoiding combat to actually change skills, that’s logical. but not being able to make changes in my interface until the cooldowns are satisfied is not in the spirit of guild wars. the intellectual, team-oriented, and dynamic player is burdened with a reliance on his team staying out-of-combat, waiting, and allowing a skill change in many instances.
i imagine this isnt going to be a HUGE issue to a lot of ppl because they dont get this deep in thought about the game, but this is PRUDENT!!!
one should be able to que up skill slot changes that execute when the out-of-combat requirement is met….this should also include TRAITS!!!
