Recently I’ve been playing my necro more, and with that I’ve found the fast cast ground target option very useful.

The catch is, I, like most people, have my right mouse button held down almost all the time which hides the mouse cursor. This can make it quite tricky to know where I’m actually casting things.

What I currently do is position my cursor about half way between my character and the top of the screen, this works fairly well but it’s clunky and still quite difficult to accurately judge.

Would it be possible to have a setting so that when fast cast targeting is on, when you hold the right mouse button down the cursor turns into a cross-hair rather than disappearing?

Also, could the setting be made character dependent, or have a hotkey to toggle it? I want this behavior on my necro, but I prefer it off on my ranger.
