I think it´s a very good idea. Yesterday I tried to find a group for lvl 3, but after an hour! of waiting (on two servers!, one member was searching on the overflow), I gave up. I think the problem will get worse in a couple of weeks. So such a system is definitely needed.
I even do not understand why Anet implemented it that way as it is now. Why not allowing players to play the doungeon at the level of the highest player level?
Yeah. I think it’s a smart idea.
I’m seeing a lot of people unable to get groups in their difficulty range, or taking a night off and then finding their guild or usual group has zoomed on ahead and left them behind.
I think the new dungeon is great but I think this difficulty requirement is a big problem. I’m not a casual player, but I feel bad for any who are.
Yeh. Its what alot are complaining about and i think this could be a simple temporary fix at the very least in order to assuage alot of players feelings at the moment towards this content being gated.

I beleive in my humble opinion of course that it was implemented With players not being able to scale up, in order to encourage players to work through the dungeon themselves. also having it done the original way would probably not lessen the acheivement of actually getting to the very highest scales/levels.. IE: whats the point of getting there if i can just join a group for hhighest reqards anyway kind of thing..
This is why one of my suggestions has a limit of 5 levels above or a limit of the average between all players and going with that. also iot should not stop those players progressing on there own paths. The higher levels should not progress on there scales by doing lower scaled ones but the lower scaled players should progress by doing the higher scaled instances.. The reason for this is that the high scaled players will still get there rewards. The lower scaled players wont be able to cheat and go for higher scales just for bigger reqards..
Its literally an idea to stop alot of the frustration, if they implement this then people can just jump straight in and not worry to much.

Maybe a teaser could be placed for the higher level players in order yto encourage them to help then lower level; players..
Some sort of title for helping players through lower scales would be sufficient in this regard and would not cause any outcrys i dont think.. ( one can always hope lol )
