game clock
yea but when your trying to co-ordinate a group of people for lets say the lost shores final event it would be far quicker and easer for everyone if we had a standardised timer for all don’t you think?
+1. Not only time, but also a running date and calendar year (i.E. seasons, for what’s it worth). Without a running date you don’t even have to START roleplaying&writing in any cohesive manner. This should be in-game easily visible, in the map right bottom corner of the screen. It’s 1325 now, if I’m correctly informed.
On a server of my own I simply had the in-game time synchronised with the (local) real world time (and also date). So you have ambient lighting for free, if you look out the window.
Maybe I’m just complicated. But the sky should be right, in any case.
As it is, it’s simply not defined in a way that makes sense.
Yes! To all of this! It has been suggested multiple times!

The times would still be different in Ascalon than they would be in Kryta the Shiverpeaks or Orr. In fact Ascalon and Kryta are big enough to have a few time zones
