get rid of soul bound and maybe account bound
Soulbinds are in place for that exact reason. To prevent you reusing armor across characters, or just selling it when you’re done with it. To give your individual characters their own progression and need for gear. To maintain balance in usability, else people would just bank-stockpile gear from their old characters to use on their new ones.
This remains true for endgame gear; They don’t want you to just do a dungeon a few times for one character, then just swap that gear over to another character as you see fit.

i have 2 sets of exotic gear i just think my over character would look better in there gear and the over one will look better in in my over gear its just soul bound to the wrong characters and they could just make it account bound so that you can’t sell it
I don’t like gem store skins being soul bound to one charactor. Cosmetic gem store skins should be account bound with the ability to copy them. And send those copies to our alts through mail.

I hear what your saying and generally I’d agree with you because costumes bought in GW1 WERE account wide.
However it’s different here mainly because of the 5 race system. 1 outfit could be used on all 5 races and have completely different looks. Now if they were “heritage bound” maybe……

I bought the Wintersday outfit for a my female. But I still want the men’s version to be included in purchase. And to be able to use both on any race.
If their are multiple versions of the same cosmetic gem store item. It should be like buying the whole group.
