How about applicable glows for a number of weapons that can be put on by the user or not as s/he sees fit? I don’t want a green glow on my family heirloom Canthan staff But if others do, choice is good.

Some people might not want it the glow. So it should be optional in the hero panel to turn on and off particle effects.
