Why dont we have any??
For any one who has made a norn. When you fighting the cages beast you will notice a norn warrior with an axe and sheild wearing nice simple clothing. And a hood.

Heavy armor needs a hood.

I agree. I see no reason you cant call it an ‘Enchanted Hood’ and give it heavy armor stats. or for any armor piece really.

I’d prefer to see more Heavy Armor skirts/kilts similar to the Heavy Leggins from Honor of the Waves. I see more people wearing that than just about anything else really.
