Just a little suggestion to not make experience scroll a deadweight for an advanced players: give it the ability to be used by a >20 character for skill points increase. This way the scroll wont be an item reserved to low level alts.

I would agree. I already have 8 characters, and none of them is lower than 20 (7 80s and a 53). It seems like a sad waste of an account bound item.

I would agree. All of mine are 80. I am just gonna leave all 10 scrolls. From birthdaus and the chest set in storage on the off chance I buy another slot. Or anet adds some new jobs
