Guild Wars 2

My suggestion is to eliminate(or significantly reduce the restriction) for in game mail when you are sending mail to people in your own guild. I am trying to send mail to someone regarding status of all the guild members but I can’t because:
1)each mail is limited to how much can go onto it
2)I can’t send more than 2 emails without triggering the excessive messaging notification.

A good fix would be a guild mail function, where you can send to all members at once, or to all in a particular rank. So maybe you need to send something to all your top two ranks, you can put in whatever those two ranks are in a guild mail mechanic and it will auto-send to each of those players.
