Aeananet, why not just add the infusion slot to the exotics and legendaries items. Instead for creating a whole new class of items.

This would be a great idea. No new tier of equipment trying to camouflage it with “you need them for the infusion slot”.
I’m playing this game because I don’t wanna chase another “top equipment” every couple of months.

In GW1 infusion was a totally different thing and you could do it on every armor.
