I’ve seen several characters in the game mentioning it, but Halloween is no longer used.
It makes sense to stop using that term, as it means “all hallows” and the closest thing to ‘hallows’ we have is Canthan honored spirits, and they don’t celebrate that there.

So much like “Wintersday” is used instead “Christmas”, it makes sense to use “Mad King’s Day” instead “Halloween”.

I can’t find it for the life of me… But I do recall and interview where they said they were already drawing up concept are for him. Though this may have been a dream. And like Mithran said. Its Mad King’s day))).
