Currently the description of legendary recipes elludes to the fact that they are in fact soul bound and not account bound leading to many making the mistake that i also made that i purchased on my main and not on the guy who actually had the max craft i would suggest clerifying and returning the money that we used or making the legendary recipes for crafting account bound.
