I dont see a reason why playing the game should be easier (Robust/Medic etc.) or more rewarding (Artisan, Gatherer etc.) on thursdays and fridays. The World Bonuses (Power of the Mists) you get for your servers points in WvW should be the same on every day of the week.

So if your server scored 120.000 points in this week of WvW. You should get the constant bonuses from those 120.000 points for the whole next week.

I agree, bonuses should be based on how your server performed the previous week, and kept the same throughout the week.
