Here is the thing. As they implemented grinding for stats concept to a degree and since rings are obtainable mainly through fractals, i would like to see fractal lvls being unlocked to all chars in an account based on the progression you made with one char.
To me atleast its a barrier that keeps me from investing time on alts as opposed to the concept of playing different characters. I think this should be considered if there is a plan on expanding fractals and since it was stated that fractals are to be the most challenging content. Fractals should be a challenge, grinding fractal levels shouldnt.

that makes sense. and changing alts to battle a certain map would be awesome to be able to do all the while increasing your difficulty level.

you can do that as long as one of the party memebers stays in and you are in a party with them. Just log out and log in with another char.

My only concern is that it would make it harder for new players to find (experienced) people in lower level fractals.

Hmm different dailys and the karma reward are still there to help lvl up fracs. Sides lvl 1 and lvl 10 fractals are the same really. Any new player can lvl by spamming daily 10 in lfg.

Omg, yes please! I would absolutly LOVE it if I didn’t have to grind all my characters to the same fractal level but instead could CHOOSE how I want to play!
