Q:

in game, to change where the toon is moving forward or facing, need to hold down the right button.
u will find out u need to do this action most of the time in game, thus it making my finger pain.

give us a feature, where we can toggle mouse look as full time on, just like holding the right button, but without physically need to do it. less pain on my finger.

But then how would you move the cursor around the screen to click on things? :p

Either raiderz or neverwinter had this too. You would hit control or alt to switch back and fourth to pointer mode.

in neverwinter when you cast a ground target skill it istantly pass from mouse look to mouse target. i love how neverwinter handle combat, i would like to have this option here too

Or how about and option to invert the Right Mouse Button. So when not holding it it stays locked on camera and when you hold the RMB it releases the mouse to click things. I feel the time spent clicking things is shorter than the time spent turning and looking.
