I have been playing on my level 80 for very long time and recently felt like leveling a guardian to level 80. It would be really good if you can buy some level consumables with skill points on one character and give it to another character to level up

Except, that would be seen as an undeserved advantage over newer players.

And just so you know, skill points are also used to buy crafting components for the Mystic Forge.
