Im a person who likes to click on a skill with mouse to activate it instead of using the keyboard.
The annoying part is when i hover my mousepinter over the skill and click a skill to activate it, the tooltips comes visible and takes a large part of my screen.
In Guild Wars 1 there was such an option. I hope it is possible to get this in Guild Wars 2.
