my suggestion is simple, permanent personal bank access and TP to be a consumable that add 2 new tabs into the hero panel, so when you press H this new tabs will grant you permanent access to the bank and TP wherever you are, this will remove completely the call of npc and have the restriction of having only one per map, or any cooldown.

• by consumable i mean use it once and you have permanently the tab in your hero panel, so you don’t have it taking space in your inventory.

But it would allow you access while running, an advantage the current one doesn’t.

why would arena net do this? you have consumables that you can pay for to do the same thing
