since some thieves dont want the damage to be lessened

i want to ask if you can move it to 30 point trait line

so that thieves will be forced to go full DA trait line

because the nature of this trait is that you can make/create any builds that include MUG

eg 10-x-x-x-x

too good to be included in a 10 point trait line

Doubt it will happen even though it would be deserved (or at least 20 point), considering rather than move Kit Refinement up the tree they butchered it to make it “worthy” of being a 10 point.
