the engineer has such a limited weaponry , his skills are really really boring , and all the elixirs are worthless and the only utility skill that changes your weapon bar and is useful is the flamethrower but it makes you get really close and as the engineer you should be far …

why not add some sort of sniper rifle ? or Gatling gun ? something interesting and fun , all the elixirs are bad the grenades are weak at best… please add something!

Like has been mentioned in another thread(s), the rifle is really more of a shotgun. I’d love to see a real rifle as well as the current “shotgun”.

I like the variety of the kits, because sometimes you do need melee options (ran into a DE where the boss absorbed projectiles – was out of luck since I had no melee abilities at that level).

Maybe a “hand cannon”, though the “rifle” already has a knock-back. Maybe some kind of portable enemy-seeking (not AoE) missile gun.

It would just be nice to have a real ranged weapon.

all good ideas but all this is … wishful thinking – no matter what we do arenanet wont change it or at least listen to us … how i wish a developer could talk to us say something .. like yea it’s under consideration or something to give us hope…
