People were mad enough they put the rings in a place (PVE) that was inaccessible to people playing the way they want to play (WvW). I wouldn’t even consider a move like this as ANET, unless they offer a way to get both the rings and accessories in WvW (excluding laurels which are both WvW and PVE).

agony resistance is pretty important bro.
basically what I’m saying is I get that AR gear or the lack thereof is supposed to limit player progress in fractals but by binding this to laurels, they essentially let a third variable influence it.
