I mailed a guy 5 gold and a Beserker’s Pearl Handcannon worth 4.9 gold. He said he did not receive it. I have no way of checking what I sent or to who. Maybe it was sent to someone else. Anet says they cannot verify this transaction. I don’t know if I was scammed or not. All I know is that I lost 5 gold and the weapon I sent.

I’d like to suggest that Anet allow gamers to retrieve their sent emails as a way of checking what was sent and to who.

Good luck. ANet has been claiming they don’t have a way to do that. To cover your own butt, just don’t use the mailing system for stuff like that, LOTS of people have been scammed that way.

Considering all the mail-scamming going on right now, there’s a good chance you got burned.

But! Remind him to clear out his mailbox. The 10 mail cap will block any new mail from getting through.
