swaping sigils need different internal cd
Battle has an unlisted 9-10 second internal cooldown.
I would think the internal cooldown is intended, it’s been known for awhile.
Sigil of battle and sigil of energy shares internal cooldown, so can’t equip them both at the same time currently. And there is no cooldown on the sigil of battle description.
