i have recently bought an extra bank slot with gems and i realised i can`t use it because there is a limit of 8 ( which i didn`t know of before i bought it obviosly) and i already have 8 of those
now i`m stuck with this useless thing and i was wondering: can there be a way of exchanging it for some other stuff i can use like an extra bag slot for my character or something… also there is still the matter of the risen priests of balthasar minies that i get from jewelry karma boxes and they pile up in my bank as i can`t sell because they are account bound or forge them

If I were you I would contact support. Buying a bank slot that can’t be used because you re maxed out is an issue because to my knowledge there is no warning before you buy it. Hopefully they will help you out.
