i suggest that the little blue flame icon we see in the mini-map or in the world when a player enters the down state will be chn aged in a little box with the text “HELP” in it.
Also, the color of this box should be reddish so it will be more visible. The text can be changed to other languages according to the client language.

When the player is downed completely, the little bone HEAD on the map show pulsate every 12 seconds

The symbols are perfectly understandable and clear already.

If you have some colourblind issue on the other hand it’d be nice if there is a colourblind mode.
