I already suggested that. It could work I say.

Bunkers would somewhat dissapear, which is in my oppinion a very good thing.
But you also remove hte choice to go for high risk high reward gameplay with berserker, which is a very bad thing.
Condition damage would be pretty bad aswell… on crit traits and sigils would become useless, etc etc.

Gt 9 other ppl together to try it out. Then you’ll be able to answer your own question. Other things are just specualtion.
