Im sure a lot of people have already ask this, but after 2 days of futile intend to complete my map, i cant do it because i need the vista point from both invasor keeps. and im getting out of patient whole day and no luck.

I was lucky and was able to complete WvW areas by extremely abusing server switching. Right now this cannot be done and people who have no interest in WvW have problems with that. I completed each WvW area with two more characters but I did it in advance and purely because my server switched color a lot so usually in 3-5 weeks i had it done without any issues. But leaving WvW completion as the last thing to do may lead to extreme frustration as well as being on a serwer that is stuck with some color for a long time. My suggestion is to make a color change at random each week, so people won’t be locked out of some areas forever.

I think it’s stupid we have to do all 3 BL when they’re EXACTLY the same map. Should only have to do one for map completion.

Hopefully this will change with the new WvW match up proposal. I still need to get the last two vistas in the south west of Eternal. Its always contested.

IMHO, the issue with WvW mapping is for “static” servers that never change colors. I’d guess this means T1 and T8. Once map colors change every week, this won’t be an issue.

I usually try to map all of WvW on new characters before they reach L10. It’s a lot of fun trying to get through WvW when everyone in the map can one-shot you. Of course, this isn’t done all at once. I have to spread the effort out over time as map colors change. It’s actually not too bad as far as time spent: perhaps 4-6H total for all of WvW.

we’ve been asking for wvw to be removed from map completion for-literally-evah. hasn’t happened yet; in fact, there’s been absolutely no response, ever, even saying “sorry folks, ain’t happening.” it’s like, as far as anet is concerned, it’s a non-issue. and kishter, i’m on jade quarry — wtg you guys! we’re having to work our way back up to #1!!!

and yes, i hate wvw too, lol!
