Do sylvari have toes? It seems like sometimes they do and other times they don’t, like it looks rounded on top, but the glow on bottom hints at toes

Fair point but this would also include even more basic things such as a nose as well….and…well….that went out the window

I’d say that some do, some don’t, but I imagine most would have toes. They actually play more of a role in walking and running than you might think. A Sylvari without toes would have a harder time moving around.

The answer to that question is yes, everything you’re thinking.

It’s even been confirmed.

They mimic human anatomy, but sometimes it’s more suggestive than a specific replication of the way humans work.

To me, from images like this, it looks more like there’s a suggestion of toes rather than individual ones. Kinda like how the ‘belly button’ mimics human belly buttons, but is actually the stem of the sylvari as opposed to being caused by an umbilical cord, and the face looks like a human face but is really just a clever arrangement of overlapping plates of plant material and leaves.

Actually this, but I couldn’t find the words, I’ve been looking at those pictures closely and it looks like toes are suggested by not fully there

My Sylvari elementalist has a bright yellow glow, and at night, when she runs, you can quite clearly see the soles of her feet glowing, including toes. I can’t say that all Sylvari models have toes, but at least some of them do.

Most have noses. The ones that don’t are mouth-breathers and I find this amusing as hell to think about when I see them :p
