I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Male and Female sylvari flirt with eachother, and all the relationships involving Sylvari is that they’re both same sex.

They are pansexual as far as we can see. They don’t see love based on gender/sex. There are plenty of heterosexual Sylvari couples: The Shield of the Moon storyline is based on one. There are only two homosexual Sylvari relationships I’ve managed to find and I spend more time in the Grove than I should. (Caithe and the Green Knight couple.)

If you chill around the Grove I promise you you’ll overhear Sylvari talking about their different sex love interest.
