What is the armor the male Sylvari warrior is wearing in creation? It doesn’t look like any of the cultural armor or even Twilight Arbor. Can someone link the armor, please?

It’s tier 3 cultural heavy armor with some other stuff tossed in.

Bristleback can’t hit anything? Let’s fix the HP bug instead.
