I ran into a quest where a Sylvari had no idea what the Pale Tree was. I forgot the exact quest, but it made me think.

In one of the personal Sylvari quest lines, you meet a Sylvari that is born from a DIFFERENT Pale Tree. Apparently there was more than one see than that of Mother Tree. However, Sylvari born from this other Pale Tree are not taught the ways of the Ventari Tablet as they sleep so it’s believed they’re more easily corrupted by the Nightmare.

Outside of that, I’m not sure if there’s any other reference to other Pale Trees and Sylvari. It would be interesting to learn more though.
