Hi, I bought a total makeover kit recently because I want to make yet another Sylvari.

When I opened it just now I noticed that one of the new faces are no longer there
Has it been removed or is this a bug?

It is the face I currently have on my engi
I would love to know what is up with that since it is an awesome face.

But no it is not- I checked this on all my Sylvari- the option is simply not there.
There are only the other two new faces remaining- the third one is missing.

That’s odd. It is there for me. Could it be that you are already using the face and doesn’t show up?

rechecked on my Mesmer who has the “nightmare” face, as you can see it is not there

I have it there as well on the third panel.
I wonder if it is a case of the image asset not being displayed like it should and the box could still be selected, or if it is more complex. Can always give a cache clear and -repair cycle a run to see if it corrects it.

Also, in your attached pics you show panels 1 and 2, but it is on panel 3. The organization of the faces are messed up and it puts it at the end of the second horizontal row. Seems that it got swapped with the last face at the end of the second row.

Try scrolling to the right as far as you can.

I only have 2 panels- the screens show all there is.

hahaha omg I feel like such an idiot.

yes there is another arrow- I swear it did nothing before, today I have another panel.

I plead insanity since lack of coffee cannot explain how I missed this for an entire day.

:D Glad to see it wasn’t actually broken and having to go through all of what that might entail to try to fix it.

On a side note, I’m not happy that every time I see “facepalm” now, I think of “Could’ve had a V8”…
