After talking to so many people in the Nightmare Tower about Sylvaris, I compiled a list of slang terms for the different classes as well as some of the NPCs and other stuff.
This list is meant to be a joke. It’s not complete either. If you don’t like Sylvari jokes, please don’t read any further. Feel free to add your own terms to this list.

Sylvari Warrior — Violets
Sylvari Guardian — Bacon Salad (FYI: Bacon is a slang term for a cop)
Sylvari Ranger — Zucchini (because they keep pets)
Sylvari Necro — Stinkweed; Creeper; Sap sucker
Sylvari Elementalist — Kindling (fire ele)
Leaf Blower (wind ele)
Stoners (earth ele)
Sylvari Mesmer — Daydreamer
Sylvari Engineer — Salad Shooter; Pea Shooter
NPCs
Nightmare Court — Caesar Salad; Bad Apple
Scarlet Briar — Spinach (or a Spin-ATCH)
Frightened nightmare court member — Chicken Caesar Salad
Trahearne’s Sylvari right hand person — a Side Salad
Other Terms
Salad Spinner — Another name for the pods that the Nightmare Court uses to brainwash good Sylvari
