Guild Wars 2

My character is stuck on the low level personal story, Beneath The Waves, where I have to rescue Tegwen from the kraits. My problem is I kill the kraits, get the key, then I can only unlock one of the 3 prisoner cells. I have tried it twice, once a month or so ago and again yesterday. Reported it as a bug both times but I wanted to check and see if maybe it’s not a bug and I am just doing something wrong. I haven’t found anyone else reporting this as bugged. Is there something that needs to be done to unlock the other 2 cells? I go over the platform repeatedly but no prompts appear.

I originally had the same problem, but I tried selecting the cages and moving very close to them. This caused the prompt to appear.

Obviously very late, but Stelleriath is right. You have to kiss the door to get the prompt. There also may be an order to it – I personally opened Frog > Asura > Tegwen. Frog was a quick prompt, had to get the right placement on the other two. Admittedly this quest needs to be looked at for the interaction trigger zones.
