My mesmer sapling, Yuureibana. Perhaps my first and only decent screenshot of her, so far. Still under 30 so she’s still in low-level armour (and wearing the colours of the flower she was named after).
I really like the ceiling on the second floor of the Grove. ?
You have quite the artistic eye with how the elements of your image are presented, especially with respect to your character and her facial expression. Very nice.

The use of the word “Sapling” was really cute. Nice shot aswell
My ranger’s new look
yay my twin ;d
Adventures with the pup, then its back home to the Grove to recharge!

This is Begwyn my Necromancer. I’m proud of her looks. (It’s not incredibly original simply light T2 but I still get random comments in game :P ) I didn’t want to go the typical grimdark route that is popular among necros. She’s a Sylvari and I wanted her appearance to reflect her good nature.

I guess I’m going to put my main sylvari here as well. I even bought the algae dye for her.
Take a look at my little thief, not a very sylvari like armor but i prefer it that way ^^
An updated appearance for my most recent sylvari ranger.

Makeover 12: new face and swapped back to dreadlocks.
Spent some time taking excessive screenshots of my flower, Cephalai (a name derived from the plant cephalanthus occidentalis, though she does not resemble it), who’s a mesmer. Found a nice little waterfall while exploring, and I must say, despite Orr being a barren wasteland, it has a beautiful sky.
The first is my baby, my main, my favorite character Ysebeau. Elementalist.
The second is my mesmer Learogh.
I thought I’d share on the official forums for once. ;P
Here’s my sylvari thief.
Not sure what happened on the second shot, but after going AFK she randomly started having a powdery Aura and leaving whisps behind >_>
yay my twin ;d
Absolutely gorgeous Sylvari, zaw
An updated appearance I recently did for one of my older rangers.
Due to the extremely over-sized armor elements on male sylvari, I opted to remake him as female instead.

Edit
Decided to craft the ascended green colored blade back piece so I’ve added a pic of the updated appearance.

So many beautiful screens. Makes me want to reconsider the more cultural Sylvari armors. Here’s my necro, Luwythea.
my safi has different armors for different playstyles. Clio has one but ist just perfect imo.
rate which is the best
Here’s my beloved Talamünd, Guardian of the Grove!
P.S. Sorry for the bad resolution — I took this screenie on my Surface Pro 2.
been almost a year, redesigned my char in the time since then
prefer a more understated plate mail type look
The face of your sylvari is so beautiful Sera!
Some of my necromancer’s looks as one big image. The “leather look” is newest one, so couple of in-game pictures of it too.
The set is a mix of magnus eye patch, trickster top + bottom, AC boots, masquarade gloves and Teq staff. The dyes enamaled jungle (SP?), icing dye and midnight ice.
Now, one may be asking, if I wanted a black witch character, why didn’t I get necro? In response to that, I have a few reasons.
1. I already have a necro, my norn who is a sort of wraith theme.
2. I REALLY wanted a character that could use staff almost exclusively and still be useful in everything. As such, Ele was the clear choice.
3. The black mage/witch arch type has never been exclusively about necromancy.

Imgur because I tend to go overboard with action shots.

thanks sera! x)
Lotus, your mesmer is really well done. The hair, the face, the color combination – I like it a lot.
Gormadh is my newest character and my last lvl 80. He’s a necro, designed as an autumnal sylvari, all browns and golds. When the amberite skins came out I knew they’d work well for him.

Here’s my ranger, Robin Briar!
A winter-themed Scarlet, Thiagugu?
I also jumped on one of the new hairstyles, and prettied up my necro while I was at it.
Vahlia Rootrot before and after:
My new Sylvari thief! I really enjoy this look and I don’t know why -_- He used the Fused Dagger Skins/Fused Short Bow Skin
Meet Tarwen the elementalist .
Wow. She’s really beautiful.
Here’s mine, elementalist Caaaaptain Plaaanet! (I really need a name change contract.)
Dragons Jade Kris and Wayward Wand in that picture, just got my ascended scepter though
In the last one, he’s sitting in a spring in Dry Top after experiencing Omadd’s machine, reflecting on life and thinking about his choices.

It is an interesting fact that most sylvari female toons seems to use the face I call “average cute” found in character creation. The one on the top left in the attachment.
Which is the most human-like. A recognizable nose. Hint of eyebrows. “Normal” eyes.
Few female toons use “the interesting face” as I call them. The asymmetrical or the downright weird with leaves protruding on the nose
Male sylvari toons are more diverse in comparison.
Interesting indeed…
My mesmer, Jade Lauffeuer. She’s a babe.
Just gave my sylvari elementalist Amaera Athaelia a new look to match the theme of Dry Top and the new amber weapons!

I use the bottom middle one, but I don’t really consider it an interesting face…just the most “villian”. I imagine her as a kind of anti hero (I wish personality had an effect in game in how NPC’s reacted to you…like the manifesto essentially said it would) with her bombs/nades/borderline crazy (before scarlet existed)
I kind of surprised by the lack of the most recent faces for females though, they’re kind of fairy/elf like with interesting glows which kind of fits well with how a lot of people perceive the race.
Crossposting this since it fits here, too. I’m not really looking for a change, but I wanted to try to come up with something without (long) skirts and bell sleeves just for fun. I’m not completely sold on the shoulders on the left, but I couldn’t find anything I liked better. And I’m not sure which gloves I like more.
The second image is the look I’ve had for something like 20 months (minus the back and the twice-told legend, which came a little later).

Here’s Nymeriali, after 13 makeovers and countless hours of searching and mixing dyes.
Also I love how Mawdrey matches the Dreamer ^^
