Sylvari Eye Bug (Lazy Eye)
That’s not a bug at all, that’s how eyes are supposed to look. Eyes don’t perfectly stare at the same spot, one is always slightly off to create depth and help you see things one eye would miss. In fact if you look at just about anyone’s face, or even in a mirror you’ll find that one of your eyes is off set in gaze from the other, by a slight amount.
If anything you’ve shown a good deal of care was put in to giving the face a natural appearance.

I can’t tell if you’re serious or trolling, dude.
This happens to sylvaris that I’ve made if I mess with the pupil size. If I leave it as default, it doesn’t seem to happen. It’s a strange bug.
I’ve already spent cash on 1200 gems for opening his bag slots. I will not reroll. Looks like I’m stuck with a lazy eye.
Maybe it’s me, but everything looks normal in those images…
The pictures all look normal to me too. In the “bugged” daylight picture, your character’s nose / brow is casting a shadow over his right eye, making it appear smaller, but it’s just an optical illusion.
There is a much more serious bug with some Sylvari eyes, as seen here:

These are the only two states you’ll find the world of Tyria.”
The only one that looks anyways odd is the first one but like Bullfrog said, it’s probably just shadow. The eyes look well aligned and the colors right. If it is a bug, then it’s probably due to changing the pupil size.
I see no difference between any of those images (aside from ambient lighting and such). In all cases the eyes look normal both at distance and under scrutiny.

On my male Sylvari the “lazy eye” is more pronounced in some types of light.
I have this same problem ankittenoo high level to reroll.
