I’ve googled and searched the forums to no avail.

Can anyone tell me which armour the guardian shown at character selection is wearing?

It’s a mix of the following:

Cultural Tier 2 chest + legs
Ascalonian pauldrons
Order of Whispers boots and gloves

It’s a mixture of Cultural and other heavy pieces. I can show you on male but I think Female is the same or at least similar. Chest + Legs Cultural Tier 2, Hands + Feet Order of Whispers, Shoulders is Ascalonian.
The Guardian Trainer Mackleigh just outside the Grove in Caledon is the exact model used on the selection screen. Hope this helps
