Sylvari Organizations.
There’s an organisation encountered in the personal story, but I don’t remember their name… Their purpose was to fight Zhaitan or something.
Pale Reavers was the name as I recall.
A Pact special forces group basically, comprised only of Sylvari (using ghostbore muskets and rifles) given special targets and missions.
Because when they died they wouldn’t turn into Risen, they got a number of tasks. If one failed, other information didn’t fall into Zhaitan’s hands, and the Risen numbers didn’t increase.
Well, there are a handful of organizations.. or at least titles that group individuals into various groupings.
The Wardens; Essentially the peace keepers of the Grove and surrounding areas. They act as a sort of patrolling police force – or very similar to park rangers in many situations (handling hostile wildlife, protecting those passing through, etc).
The Shapers; these are the sylvari that create the structures in the Grove and sylvari villages. They possess the ability to shape vegetation into houses, furniture, etc. One of the Luminaries is a known Shaper.
The Menders; these are the medics/doctors/nurses/healers of the sylvari race. Specifically inclined towards being able to heal the unique sylvari anatomy.

There’s also obviously the Nightmare Court.
Many Sylvari also go on Wyld Hunts, but I have a feeling theirs is not a formal organisation, more like a title they adopt while pursuing their Hunt. Wyld Hunters will cooperate with each other if their Hunts intersect or overlap, but otherwise do not have much to do with each other.
I’m not sure that the Shapers and Menders have any organisational structure.
Perhaps, because of the dream, they don’t really need it. They don’t need to have apprentices, training, certification, and such.
Which was why I mentioned that it’s more groupings than particular organizations.
However, keep in mind that they do not share all of the skill and knowledge within the dream. Just little bits of it. So some shapers would be born with extremely well developed skills in that trade, while others may be born with just a faint ability in it. So there is still room for apprentices and mentors and what not.
Just as there will be menders that are better than others. So I could see them working together, with more experienced or talented individuals leading the efforts.
Either or though.
