I’m trying to decide between a ranger and thief for my sylvari character and can’t seem to make a decision. Which would make more sense for a sylvari? Your help is appriciated

Thief, for no other reason that the first toon I made is sylvari thief and its pretty much all I play. You can make thief skin dark grey and make them look very thief-y and less leafy

Sylvari Engineer only.

But honestly, all of them make sense, why wouldn’t they?

I have a Sylvari fire ele and ranger. It would be interesting to see a thief Sylvari, only because I have a Norn and Asura thieves now. The Norn is hot but not exactly graceful. The Asura is just a bundle of energy bebopping all over the place. I imagine a Sylvari thief would be a tad graceful?

Pretty much this. Same goes for every race/class combination you can think of.

Ranger dude. Cus sylvari are like plants and one with nature. And rangers are one with nature.

All that logic tho.

My first sylvari spent a lot of time Dreaming about cookies so it was only natural for her to develop talents around sneaking in the kitchens to snatch snacks.

My second woke up beside a fern hound pup she named Barky and the ranger thing just happened from there.

I have a Sylvari thief and a Sylvari ranger. The ranger is my main, but I love them both. It’s funny, my thief actually has more of a plant-like look than my ranger.

I made a ranger… solely because of the legendary Kudzu. I saw the longbow leaving trails of flowers and I HAD to have it on a sylvari.
