I’m wondering if the lack of Sylvari weapon drops and karma awards from Sylvari are going to be addressed at any point. This race has become my favorite to play, but I’m burning through gold and transmutation stones just trying to keep the ‘look’ correct. No other race has this problem and the argument that the Azura and Sylvari share the same lands just doesn’t cut it:

Why should it cost more in gold and resources to play Sylvari fully than any other race?

[Bloody excellent work on the models and design – apart from the few graphical bugs e.g. bowstrings that actually fit the model, whoever put this race, costumes and equipment together deserves a design award]

Probably because all armors are shared, and only sylvari grow their own armor. This means that technically, only a sylvari can have sylvari armor (except Twilight Arbor, apparently), and the armor must be cultural. I will say the weapon drops should be more common, perhaps a tier lower than verdant should be added.

Yeah it’d be lovely for my only options to not be cultural or TA tokens… :/ I think Sylvari should at least start with leafy armor. It doesn’t make much sense for them to start with human clothes.

But then I’ll have to change all my armor as soon as I start.

I have to change all my armor as fast as possible when I roll a female light armor Sylvari as it is. That… horrid miniskirt… (I prefer regular armor on my Sylvari main but I’d still like more leafy options. There are so few.)
