That is the T3 Heavy Cultural armor I believe.

well with such low graphic i don’t know if it still has 2 or if his graphics are just so messed up

Had settings set for WvW high fps and then I zoomed in on paint, so yeah the first screens look pretty bad lol.

Some higher res screens and yes this is a warrior/heavy armor.
