Had an interesting thought the other day and decided to share it with you guys. Since the Sylvari are born of the Pale tree and dropped off like fruit, wouldn’t it be safe to assume that the Sylvari themselves are the seeds of the Pale Tree? So wouldn’t that mean that when sylvari die in the right conditions would they germinate after a certain amount of time?
No I don’t think you could assume that.
We know that the Pale Tree was created from Seeds found in a cavern, not from the dead bodies of Sylvari. It is possible, but I wouldn’t assume it.
I’d be more inclined to think that the Sylvari would be used by the Pale Tree to find a good location for her seeds and to carry and plant them if need be.
