I think you might be referring to the T3 Heavy Sylvari helm . Niamh—one of the Sylvari Luminaries—wears it, so if your character is Cycle of Noon then you would’ve seen it on her. It’s one of the better skins in game, I think.

Aw, ew. Why you want to look like a plant? Go with time, be a modern Sylvari. Get a well-tailored suit, be a noble-looking. People will never trust someone who put leaves on them. It’s like Charr covered human-skin as coat.
